Datsun 510
The Datsun Bluebird 510 was sold in many countries as the Datsun 1600. As it resembled the BMW 1600 many people commented that the Datsun 510 was the poor mans BMW. The Datsun 510 was manufactured between 1968-1973. The 510 gained a large fan base due to its simple mechanics and easily interchangeable parts of different engines. Clean Datsun 510s can command high prices at auction in Japan but the cars are generally fully restored and look great.
Black Datsun 510 sss
The Black Datsun 510 bluebird coupe below went through auction but did not sell, the owner had a reserve of $18,400. The P510 was fully restored with a fresh respray job and an unreal set of deep dish SSR 14 inch alloys that looks and sits perfect. The 510 sss is a 1971 car with a 1600cc engine, the auction house graded the car as a 3.5, they pointed out that the exterior of the car is in perfect condition with only a stone chip on the window.
White 4 door Datsun bluebird 510
The White 510 below is a 4 door 1970 car and was graded as a 3.5 car with a bonnet as the only replaced panel on the cars body. The 510 is painted Ivory and has been modified with a Toyota 4AGE engine from an AE101 Toyota Levin. The car is sitting on a Rays TE37V 16 inch alloys which look good but the black Datsun 510 looks so much better on the SSR alloys. This Datsun 510 sold at auction for an undisclosed amount.
Silver Datsun Bluebird p510
It’s very hard to get proper information of sold, good condition P510s but the prices seem to range from $10,000 for an unrestored example that needs work to $30,000 for modified mental race machines. The silver Datsun 510 below is in perfect condition, it’s a 1972 4 speed 1600cc car. The Datsun 510 sold for $14,661 in auction but the car is in excellent condition and is grade 3.5 with low kilometers.

The Below Datsun P510 below has extensive modification that include an SR20det engine from a silvia with a MASSIVE top mount turbo with all the power been transferred to the rear wheels. The 510 has had a full respray and over fenders installed to accommodate the larger deep dish wheels. This car is for sale in japan from a company that has awesome JDM Cars for sale here.
